The activity of the Stock Exchange of Kyrgyzstan – BTS is subject to regulation by the authorized state regulator of the financial market of the Kyrgyz Republic – the Financial Market Regulation and Supervision Service under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic (Gosfinnadzor).
