Disclosure Rules

The stock exchange, by its nature, is an open investment market, requiring issuers to be ready for a high level of transparency regarding their operations and corporate activities. The legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic imposes significant transparency obligations on the management of public companies.

As a standard practice, the exchange publicly discloses information mandated by law and restricts access to trading details and specialized information about our investment market to direct trading participants. Information pertaining to the parties involved in specific transactions on the exchange may be confidential. Data regarding trading in futures contracts and specific commodity market positions is accessible only to direct participants in these markets.
